Barcelona have agreed a deal to sign France starlet Jean-Clair Todibo on July 1, the LaLiga club have confirmed.Todibo, the defender, will leave Toulouse when his contract expires at the end of the season, meaning he joins Barca on a free transfer.The 19-year-old has made just 10 appearances for Toulouse’s first team, debuting in August and playing his most recent match at the beginning of November.
